Oric-ORX merger off
Talks between Oric and ORX regarding a possible merger have been called off owing to a lack of common ground
The Operational Risk Consortium (Oric) has confirmed talks have been called off with the Operational Riskdata Exchange Association (ORX) regarding a possible merger. "It's definitely not happening," says Alex Hindson, the head of group risk at insurance group Amlin and a non-executive director at Oric.
