Says crisis management is 'vital' part of new role
Peter Poulos has joined Citi in New York as its global head of business continuity operations. His role will include crisis management, proximity risk reviews and risk analysis, specifically in terms of policy, standards and other types of risk reviews from a threat and vulnerability standpoint.
