Janine McArdle considers herself lucky on two counts. First, having spent the past 20 years in a variety of roles in the energy business, she has experienced the whole gamut of deregulation in the US. “I had a part in forming the future of an entire industry, and I think you get that chance only once in your lifetime, if you’re lucky,” she says.
