S&P and Global Real Analytics launch commercial real estate indexes
Standard & Poor’s, has joined with Global Real Analytics (GRA) to develop and publish the S&P/GRA Commercial Real Estate Indexes (SPCREX Indices).
Initially, there will be ten indexes consisting of five US regions (Pacific West, Desert Mountain, Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic South), four national property sectors (office, retail, warehouse, and apartments), and one national composite index.
