MiFID Connect releases draft guidelines
MiFID Connect guides you through UK thinking on five MiFID issues.
MiFID Connect has published draft guidelines relating to UK thinking regarding five aspects of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) implementation. The guidelines cover investment research; suitability and appropriateness; best execution; conflicts of interest; and outsourcing.
The drafts remain subject to review and modification. It is expected that they will be finalised soon
