Nomura wins CDS test case

In a test case for the fast-growing credit derivatives market, Japanese bank Nomura has been awarded £1.2 million from Credit Suisse First Boston after a UK commercial court ruled that convertible bonds were eligible for delivery under credit default swap agreements.
