Insurance-linked securities to appear soon
LONDON - Despite many hurdles, plans are in place to structure the first operational risk insurance-linked security product. Bahram Mirzai, managing partner at EVMTech, confirmed at an operational risk mitigation seminar hosted by law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in London that he already had £35 million from confirmed investors for such a product.
