OR&C monthly poll: Should compensation guidelines be set by regulators?
This month's OpRisk & Compliance monthly poll question asked online readers to vote on whether regulators should set compensation guidelines. Although the majority of respondents voted no, it was only by a small difference, which could indicate that financial services firms, in the West at least, are now resigned to the fact that guidelines will be imposed by supervisors given the political furore
