Barclays offers volatility-adjusted emerging markets exposure
Barclays Wealth has launched a new product offering protected exposure to emerging markets while simultaneously adjusting for volatility. The Emerging Markets Optimiser is linked to the performance of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracks the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index.
The ETF, which is managed by Barclays Global Investors, incorporates 45% exposure to the markets of Brazil, China
