Bear Stearns launches certificates platform
US investment bank Bear Stearns International has launched a retail certificates platform called Best Markets for the German structured products market. The Best Markets platform offers an assortment of products ranging from leveraged and capital-protected notes to yield improvement certificates, including tracker, discount and mini-future certificates.
