Regulators plan trio of Basle II papers for October
BASLE, SWITZERLAND -- Global banking regulators plan to issue on October 1 a working paper on the treatment of asset securitisation in the Basle II banking accord, one of the issues delaying the coming-into-effect of the controversial pact until late 2006.
The working paper is one of a trio of documents that the Basle Committee on Banking Supervision will issue on October 1, said banking regulators
