Standard Chartered Bank Beefs Up Its Operational Risk Management
LONDON--Standard Chartered Bank is beefing up its operational risk management by installing a software tool from London-based Frasin, a subsidiary of the HSBC Group. StanChart officials say they are currently customizing the system, dubbed Sofwin, to suit the bank's needs. Sofwin's structured questionnaires will be used by StanChart's group risk division as part of the bank's self-assessment
