Midas-Kapiti Buys Frustum Group

MIDAS-Kapiti International has acquired the Frustum Group, the New York-based developer of the Opics front-to-back office treasury system, for a total of $61.4 million.

Sources add that Misys, the UK-based computer services conglomerate that owns Midas-Kapiti, is also interested in acquiring Summit Systems.

The acquisition -- or acquisitions -- represent a re-entry by Midas-Kapiti into the treasury
