Napier Scott builds buy-side hiring capability

Bell has worked previously at other leading headhunting companies Alexander Mann Global Markets and Norman Broadbent.

He will lead Napier Scott’s investment assignments and work closely with its alternative investments and hybrid capital markets staff.

Napier Scott chief executive, Shaun Springer, who bought the company in the late 1990s, said his company was currently seeing “a massive shift in buy-side strategies towards fixed income”.
