Chinese fund adopts Askari

Guotai Fund Management, a China-based fund manager with $900 million in assets, has adopted Askari’s TruView risk management system as part of it internal risk management upgrade.

Askari’s TruView system integrates risk, return and compliance functions on a desktop system.

“TruView’s advanced risk management functionality allows us to achieve systematic management of risk,” commented Li Chun Ping, general manager of Guotai.

Askari is a wholly owned business unit of State Street, the global investment management firm.
