Le compagnie assicurative italiane e i giuristi hanno tratto un respiro di sollievo alla notizia che il governo posticipera i termini per l'attuazione delle nuove regole che faranno obbligo alle compagnie di applicare le prassi delle offerte pubbliche standard alla vendita di prodotti finanziari agli investitori. La data di entrata in vigore, contenuta nell'articolo 11 della Legge 262/2005, e stata posticipata di un anno, rispetto ai piani iniziali, a seguito della confusione generalizzata che
