Emmi seeks to ditch ‘expert judgement’ in Euribor overhaul

Euribor’s administrator will consult on a plan to centralise the calculation of so-called Level 3 submissions – effectively dispensing with “expert judgement” – in a bid to ease the burden on existing panel banks and woo additional contributors at a time when other panel-based rates are being wound down.
