Trading in foreign exchange options fell to a near two-year trough in November as continued low realised and implied currency movements left investors apathetic.

Monthly volumes for vanilla options in EUR/USD and USD/JPY, two of the most liquid G10 currency pairs, totalled $208 billion and $183 billion, respectively, in November, according to data from the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation
