Many non-financial corporates in Europe are still not ready to report their derivatives trades, according to a clearing specialist at Germany's prudential regulator. The regime took effect two months ago, but Stefan Pankoke, deputy director of over-the-counter derivatives markets at the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Bafin) said enforcement would only be introduced "gradually,"
