Thames River Capital unveils Japan and Turkey portfolios

Thames River Capital is planning a Japan long/short portfolio in December to be managed by Rod Birkett.

Birkett, who was previously at JP Morgan Fleming, started at the investment boutique on 16 September and the group is now in the process of structuring the proposed fund.

At the same time, Thames River's long/short Turkey fund opened for investment on 16 September, managed by Martin Taylor and
