Andrew Feldstein has been at the leading edge of financial innovation for much of his career, first at JP Morgan and latterly at the credit-focused hedge fund Blue Mountain Capital Management. Hedge Funds Review talks to Feldstein about his career and Blue Mountain’s philosophy on credit investing.
Innovation is a word one hears a lot around Andrew Feldstein, CEO and CIO of BlueMountain Capital Management. Prior to co-founding the $4.5 billion hedge fund in 2003, Feldstein had a storied career at JP Morgan, where he was part of a group that pioneered advances in the use of derivatives and started a revolution in the way financial institutions manage credit risk.
