Gartmore team to run AlphaGen Pictor vehicle

Gartmore is set to launch AlphaGen Pictor, a long/short Asia and emerging markets fund to be run by Chris Palmer and Seok Teoh. It will follow the model used for the $40m Key Emerging portfolio.
