Legal experts meet restructuring challenges

BVI legal firms have been supporting hedge funds as they seek ways to solve structural problems. Although massive closures have been avoided, many are braced for a wave of litigation in the second half of the year.

British Virgin Islands (BVI) law firms have been heavily involved in advising hedge funds hit by the rapid decline in market conditions and investor sentiment.
