Ian Collier, director of Dexion Capital (Guernsey), extols the virtues for many classes of investor in investing in listing closed-ended funds rather than choosing the open-ended route.

If an investor puts money into a closed-ended investment company, they have no minimum investment restriction on the investment, there will be daily liquidity and better corporate governance.
