Invest in US - but only if we say so

National security has been of great concern to the US during the last two decades,even more so since 9/11. Six years on and the law relating to foreign investment has just been amended to review and restrict those outsiders who wish to invest in the States.Sara Utecht reports

Recent amendments to the Exon-Florio Act mean that foreign companies, including hedge funds looking to invest in the US, will now face more of a direct impact from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CIFUS).
