Irish eyes smiling as power imports receive a boost

Real Time Engineering, the Glasgow-based technology company has been chosen to provide an online electricity capacity trading system for Northern Ireland’s new Moyle interconnector.

The company, which launched a similar system for the Anglo-Scottish interconnector in March 2001, is confident that the link-up will match the success of its English project.
