Bear Stearns reshuffles in Asia/US

Bear Stearns has made several management appointments in Japan. Leonard Feder, current Tokyo branch manager and head of fixed income and derivatives in Asia will relocate to New York as global head of structured equity trading.

He will be replaced by John Seward, who also retains his previous role as head of legal and compliance in Asia.

Senior managing director Shigeru Momose has been named head of the newly formed product development department (PDD) in Japan. PDD focuses on developing derivatives products, providing financial solutions, including client finance, and providing portfolio analysis and risk management.
