CESR has published its long awaited guidance on Mifid best execution and transaction reporting.
The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) has launched the fifth round of public consultation relating to its Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid) Level 3 work programme.
Best Execution is the issue that has raised the most blood pressure in regard to Mifid. Here, CESR issues a number of recommendations to set out a common approach with a view to fostering supervisory
