Icap appoints JPMorgan veteran to board

London-based interdealer broker Icap has hired David Puth as a non-executive director. He also becomes a member of the audit and remuneration committees of Icap's board.

Puth is president of the Eriska Group, a risk management consultancy focused on alternative investments and fund management. He is also a board member and senior advisor at JH Whitney Investment Management.
