Abbey releases capital-guaranteed bond investing in UK property

UK bank Abbey has launched the first capital-guaranteed commercial property-linked bond. The bond has an investment term of either five years or seven and a half years, and offers either 100% or 125% of any growth in the FTSE All UK Property index.
