Chi Feng is a doctoral candidate at the School of Finance, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Columbia University. Her research focuses on catastrophe bonds and alternative risk transfers, catastrophe reinsurance, climate finance, and insurance theory, blending advanced quantitative techniques with insights into financial resilience and climate risk management.
