Philip Umande

Philip Umande (PhD, PRM, Chartered Banker MBA) is Head of operational risk capital at Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to joining Lloyds Philip worked for the Prudential Regulation Authority as a Team Leader. Philip also previously worked for the UK Financial Services Authority as an operational risk specialist and has spent a number of years in risk management working for a variety of organisations, covering various aspects of risk, including enterprise-wide risk, re-insurance and market risk management.
