Stavros K. Stavroglou is a PhD researcher in Mathematical Sciences at the University of Liverpool. He obtained his MRes in Decision Making under Risk and Uncertainty (2016) from the University of Liverpool. He also holds a MSc in Complex Networks (2013) and a BSc in Mathematics (2011) with a focus on statistics, both from Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki. His research is multidisciplinary with the core areas being quantitative finance, complex systems, artificial intelligence, strategy and geoeconomics.

Causality networks of financial assets

Through financial network analysis, this paper ascertains the existence of important causal behavior between certain financial assets, as inferred from eight different causality methods.
