Kookmin Bank: Kookmin Bank of Korea has signed up for trading and risk management software from Toronto-based Algorithmics and the New York-based Frustum Group (Derivatives Engineering & Technology, July 21).

The bank will install Algorithmics' Riskwatch risk management engine in its middle office and Frustum's Opics application suite in its front and back offices.
