Keep the Kid, do away with the teenager. The Kid in question is the Key Information Document, courtesy of the European Commission; the teenager is the 20-odd page ‘final terms and conditions' that are generated in Germany's structured products market from the terms within the longer issuer prospectus and the simple, two-to-three-page term sheet created by banks to illustrate the basic elements of a new issue.
