Bernard Rogier has joined UBS Investment Bank as managing director and head of structured pricing and payout development. He reports to Shane Edwards, managing director in global equities structuring. Rogier was formerly at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London, leaving the position of global head of product development in May. Before that, he was head of equity derivatives structuring and payout development for Emea at RBS. He was formerly a financial engineer at Société Générale, based in
