Asian markets present the best investment view in terms of performance trajectory and relative risk compared to emerging markets in Europe and Latin America, which may lag in terms of popularity and performance due to the overhang of Europe's credit crisis, according to HSBC Private Bank's 2012 Investment strategy report.

As such, the bank has been developing a series of structured products and funds that focus on tracking the fixed-rate local currency sovereign debt of emerging market
