Bird and Bird adds Morlino in Italy
Bird and Bird has hired Silvia Morlino as Italian counsel in Milan. Morlino joins the commercial law firm from Allen & Overy.
Commercial law firm Bird and Bird has hired Silvia Morlino in Italy as counsel in its banking and finance group. Specialising in derivatives and structured finance, Morlino will be based in Rome.
Morlino was previously at Allen & Overy, where she worked in the international law firm's Italian finance practice since 1998. With experience in domestic and international capital markets transactions, Morlino has primarily been involved in assisting international banks in relation to debt issues
