Aviva Investors launches Defined Returns Fund 8

Aviva Investors offer investors an alternative to risk-racing

Meeting the desire for a collateralised product range coupled with protection from counterparty risk, Aviva Investors has launched a fund that offers investor’s exposure to the FTSE 100 without investing directly in the stock market.

The Defined Returns Fund 8 aims to mitigate counterparty risk by holding collateral in the form of government bonds that matches the counterparty exposure. It also provides capital protection on the condition that the index does not fall by more than 50% at maturity
