Tradeweb has launched an electronic equity derivatives platform in the US that offers the ability to complete transparent and timely transactions within minutes
Tradeweb has launched its first equity derivatives platform in the US. Open to international investors, the new platform opened trading with nine signed dealers.
"We saw demand for an equity derivatives platform from both dealers and customers for a variety of reasons, including the anticipation of regulatory changes," says Bob Warshaw, managing director and global head of business development at Tradeweb in New York.
