Index round-up

FTSE Group has launched two UK indexes that reflect the carbon risks associated with some companies. The FTSE CDP Carbon Strategy All-Share Index and the FTSE CDP Carbon Strategy 350 Index are based on FTSE’s existing all-share and 350 indexes. The index tilts weightings based on company exposure to carbon risk.

Dow Jones Indexes
and CME Group have created a foreign exchange index that represents the value of the US dollar against the Australian dollar, sterling, Canadian dollar, euro, yen and Swiss franc.

Wiener Börse
(the Vienna Stock Exchange) has launched two fundamental indexes that measure company performance by total capital yields, gross dividend yield and price-to-book value ratio. The CECE Fundamental and the CEETX Fundamental indexes are based on the existing CECE Index and the CEESEG Traded Index.
