Legal & General launches guaranteed Capital Control Bond

Legal & General (L&G) has launched a new Capital Control Bond, replacing its previous Capital Protection Bond. The structured bond allows investors to receive the benefits from any guarantees without having to cash in the bond. It also retains the five- and 10-year capital guarantee feature.

“Units will also be automatically added to the bond at the relevant anniversary if we calculate the cash in value is less than the guaranteed value,” says Mike Connolly, spokesperson at L&G.
