The Enhanced Growth Securities with Partial Downside Participation Notes Linked to the S&P 500 index has a five-year term, which is unusually long for this type of product in the US market. The notes offer 120-125% market participation, with no caps and no principal protection at maturity. The product also has a decelerated downside feature so that if the index does fall
