US Wrap: Barclays tips mid-caps for growth
Barclays has launched a new accelerated growth product linked to the S&P MidCap 400 Index. The note lasts one year and pays 100% participation in the index, up to a cap of 15%. Investor capital is protected with a 15% buffer on the downside.
The structure was one of three accelerated-growth investments launched by Barclays, which also looked to the S&P 500 and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund as underlyings. Bank of America issued an autocallable structure that lasts two years and links
