Lyxor AM launches two new ETFs in Amsterdam

Lyxor Asset Management has listed two new exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on Euronext Amsterdam. The funds have been built on versions of the reference index for the exchange: the Amsterdam Exchange Index (AEX), which tracks 23 of the stocks that trade on Euronext Amsterdam. Two versions of the equity indexes have been specifically designed to be used as an underlying for ETFs, and are both calculated and published by NYSE Euronext.

The Lyxor ETF AEX Short offers inverse exposure to the performance of the AEX Total Return Index. The second fund, the Lyxor ETF AEX Leverage, is linked to a leveraged version of the AEX, which exposes investors to 200% of the AEX's movements. Both funds are denominated in euros.
