The Priips disclosure regime will dramatically affect the structured products industry, impacting structured securities, non-Ucits funds, deposits, over the counter and insurance wrappers. Now that the final regulatory technical standards have been handed to the European Commission for endorsement, with a view to the regulation becoming active from next year, implementation of the requirements among issuers has taken on a renewed urgency.

As firms engage in the extensive work required to be ready in time, this webinar addresses the key issues that firms should be focusing on, and examines the range of approaches being taken in the market to prepare.
