us-jlDr. Usha Sridhar
Usha Sridhar is co-founder of Ecometrix Research, in Bangalore, India, and has worked in the area of Data Analytics and Mining over the last two decades in the industry and academia. Previously, she was with IBM's Global Business Solutions Division in NY, USA working on Data Mining solutions and consulting projects for the Banking and Financial Institutions segment. She has also been an entrepreneur working on business analytics applications in diverse areas. Her current research interests in microeconomics include group decision making under risk and uncertainty, social learning and dynamics as applied to social and economic networks, cooperative game theory, and mechanism design. Dr. Usha holds bachelors and masters degrees in Economics and Econometrics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, and a Ph.D in the area of mathematical programming from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. Her doctoral thesis was awarded the Gold Medal of Indian Economic Association. Usha has held visiting research positions in India and overseas.


sri-jlDr. Sridhar Mandyam K
Sridhar MK is co-founder of Ecometrix Research in Bangalore, India, and has worked in the area of large scale computing for over two decades in both industry and academia. Previously he was with IBM's parallel computing division in NY, USA, working on system architectures and technical strategy. He has also been an entrepreneur and led the design and implementation of a diverse range of embedded analytics applications for businesses.  His current research interests are in the application of social learning and dynamical network models to web analytics and social media.
Sridhar holds bachelors and masters degrees in Physics from IIT Kharagpur and IIT Madras respectively, an M.Tech in Physical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and Ph.D degree the in the broad area of parallel computing from the Department of Electrical Engineering, IISc, Bangalore, India. He has held several visiting positions at research establishments in India and overseas, including the University of Texas at Austin under the Fulbright Program.

Anne-Caroline Hüser
Anne-Caroline Hüser is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Chair of Monetary and Fiscal Policy held by Professor Ester Faia at the Goethe University, Frankfurt. Anne-Caroline holds an M.Sc. in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Sciences Po Paris. Her work and research are mainly focused on interbank networks, macro finance and macroprudential policies. After a research stay at the Bundesbank's Research Centre, she is currently working on a research project at the European Central Bank's Directorate General for Macroprudential Policies and Financial Stability. Additionally, she works as a Visiting Lecturer at the Nancy campus of Sciences Po Paris, giving a lecture on the economics and politics of the Euro. She also regularly reviews books on the Euro for the Journal of Common Market Studies.
