Christopher Harris is Regulation Director at RWE npower. He has Phd's in fracture mechanics and regulatory economics. He is emeritus visiting professor, sustainable power distribution at Bath University and honorary fellow, energy policy at Exeter university. He is sole author of four books on electricity economics.
