Zurich CRO warns of 'complacency about pandemic threat'

Financial institutions are becoming complacent about pandemic disease, despite its growing threat, warns John Scott, chief risk officer at insurer Zurich Global Corporate in London. "We have seen tremendous population growth over the past 50 years, from about three billion people to seven billion," says Scott.
