How smaller UK firms can handle the Remuneration Code

Firms that fall under the FSA's revised Remuneration Code should not find compliance "too onerous" says employment law expert Jason Butwick.

The code has already been in place since 2009 for 26 of the largest financial institutions in the UK, but the regulator took the decision last year to expand the regulations to cover almost 2,500 smaller firms over the course of 2011.
